Privacy Policy

RA Reel Automation ("RA", "we") is operated by Tholth (tholth.com). RA turns stories from your website into branded posts and publishes them to the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Website addresses you add, and the public stories (titles, links, images, summaries) we read from their feeds.
- Brand settings: your brand name, colours and the logo you upload.
- Facebook / Instagram connection: when you choose "Connect with Facebook", Meta gives us access tokens for you and for the Pages you select, the Page names and pictures, and the linked Instagram Business account IDs and usernames. We request only the permissions needed to list your Pages and publish posts on them: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, business_management, instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish.
- Publishing records: which stories were published, when, and the resulting post IDs and links.
How we use it
- To create your branded post images and publish them to the Page and Instagram account you chose, on the schedule you set.
- To show you your publishing history and any errors in your dashboard.
- To contact you about your account.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or post anything you have not set up in your dashboard. We do not read your private messages or personal profile beyond your name.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers. Facebook and Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted. Generated post images are kept for up to 14 days.
Your choices
- Disconnect Facebook at any time in Accounts — we delete the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove RA in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
- Delete your account in Settings — we delete your account, websites, history, logo and tokens. Posts already published on Facebook/Instagram stay there and can be removed by you on those platforms.
