Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data RA holds about you at any time:

  1. Remove only the Facebook / Instagram connection: log in to RA, open Accounts and press Disconnect Facebook. Your stored access tokens and Page details are deleted immediately. You can also go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find RA Reel Automation and press Remove.
  2. Delete everything: log in to RA, open Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account, websites, publishing history, logo and tokens are permanently deleted.
  3. Can't log in? Email contact@tholth.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my RA data" and we will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram are not removed by RA; you can delete them on those platforms.
